Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

I'm in desperate need of some very creative design ideas for a progressive growing long term care business. You can get a pretty good idea of who we are by going to our new website that's about to be launched at wilsoncaregroup.net. Wilson Care Group merely represents and ties together my two operating companies, Wilson Homecare and Wilson Senior Living. I need ideas how to represent this on a small business card and make the name and info legible for a senior patient to read. I'm truly looking forward to seeing what creative ideas come out of this process. I think we will need to have a front and back designed business card to allow for space. I also need to make sure our QR code will fit somewhere as well. I've attached a design of a card that was done, but we're not committed to. Design away!!

I've added the EPS versions of the logos. None of the logos need to include the tagline...."Someone you can depend on", unless you think they should or it should be included in the design elsewhere.
