Brief de Design de Brochure

I am a real estate agent in West Vancouver British Columbia Canada.
I have some branding I like as can be seen on my web site, but would like a cover page I can use for the presentations I bind.
I would like to use my current banner and then perhaps have some random photos of places I've sold with a SOLD banner over the corner of each photo. I'm open to ideas. Perhaps I can use the
Phil-osophy paragraph that is on the front page of my web site as well.
