Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

Matheson Partners LLC is a small partnership that buys homes to renovate, then provide as rentals to people who may not currently be able to purchase a home - but we also coach them on how to improve their credit so that, in 2-5 years, they may be able to buy a home. Maybe even the one they're living in.

We are based in Sonoma County of Northern California, operating in communities including Healdsburg, Windsor, Santa Rosa, and Cloverdale.

Please design a business card, but the same logo should work for signs that we will post on the homes as they are being renovated.

The design should be clean, contemporary, professional but warm. I'd love to see a rooftop feature, or some other element of a house. Again, not too much detail, clean and welcoming. The design must include "Matheson Partners LLC" - but "MPLLC" could also be used as a primary name, with "Matheson Partners LLC" in smaller print somewhere. If using "MPLLC", the MP could be visually distinct (larger, different color, font) than the LLC part of the name but they must be together.
