The dimensions are in pixels to indicate the smallest size it must be recognazable in. But I hope the design will be scalable.

I would like the background to be transparent or white if the logo does not have a border. There is no other color preferences.
Blue (or light - blue) color will be used in the website for buttons and for product image background.
Green color may create an association with a green laser used in the process of creation the 3D Photo Crystals.
