Brief de Web Design

1. We need a website for a very well established, high-end outside catering company - Bishop's Catering.
2. Bishop's Catering has been trading for 30yrs+ and is based in the riverside town of Upton upon Severn in Worcestershire, UK. The founders of the business are Tracey and Kim Bishop. Tracey and Kim are sisters.
They only use locally sourced and sustainable ingredients wherever possible and offer a bespoke catering service. All of their food is created at the company's dedicated kitchen premises. No food is "bought-in", it is all prepared by hand from the basic ingredients.
3. Typical functions catered for include weddings, anniversaries, special occasions such as parties, corporate events, funerals etc. All of Bishop's Catering's clients are spoken to and then visited personally to discuss details of their bespoke event. The company does NOT provide low-end, pile it high, sell it cheap food!
4. Bishop's Catering does not advertise in any way, except by word of mouth. It requires a website to provide a simple web presence to allow potential clients to contact the company via email in the modern digital age!
5. The site needs to work on PC, tablet and mobile devices.
6. The site needs to be of a modern yet contemporary and high-class design and also be very intuitive to navigate.
7. The site only needs 2 main pages - an elegant/contemporary landing page that contains a "contact us" button to link to a 2nd page requiring the reader to complete a contact form to automatically email the company. The contact form must be protected from spamming via some sort of captcha type function and it must contain a mandatory field for the enquirer's telephone number - all of the company's clients are spoken to and then visited personally to discuss details of events.
8. The website must not require any routine maintenance - the simpler the better!
9. We have already secured the URL: www.bishopscatering.co.uk to host a website. However, this URL has not been hosted yet. The website contact form will need to auto email tracey@bishopscatering.co.uk .
