Brief de Design de Logo

This company will provide debt financing to construct housing and provide services for low income residents of Washington, DC. The press release for this newly formed company ...."Jubilee Manna CDE was formed by two of the District’s longest standing and most well respected housing nonprofits, Jubilee Housing and Manna, to help solve the District’s pervasive affordable housing crisis. The first allocation of NMTCs will allow the group to leverage District Government community development finance incentives, additional private financing, and other District resources to create more powerful financing vehicles, expanding the amount of high quality and innovative housing with access to transformative services in the District. Particular emphasis will be placed on affordable housing projects— both for-sale and mixed-use rental—that also provide critical social services to the residents of these diverse communities."

We have no color preference. We are unsure of the themes to be emphasized. Some thoughts: housing, a better future, building, lending.... Or maybe it is just a good looking version of the company name.
