Brief de Design de Poster

I need an agricultural sales and financing flyer that can double as a contact poster that you would put on a bulletin board with contact information and phone number in the form of tear off stubs ast the bottom and contact info on the main poster. For efficiencies sake, I want this poster/flyer to be dimensioned to fit on 8.5x11 inch sheet of paper.

I've included a logo for our company for you to use in the creation of this poster. When making the poster, follow the color scheme on the logo (orange, black and a little bit of red) this is our brand coloring.

-I do not want a poster that looks like it was made with scrap art images in microsoft word
-I've included a very rough sketch of what I envisioned in a poster, my designing clearly sucks in hindsight, but follow what the format looks like (ei logo near the top, target market below it, then services offered, then why our services are better and at the bottom, removable cut away tickets of phone contact information.
-I want the ability to change the worded content so that if our address or phone number or any details change, I can simply open this file, for example, in Microsoft Publisher and just input new details and reprint.
