Brief de Design de Logo

We need a brand identity / logo package for a leading edge Real Estate development business. We're "professionally edgy"...

We specialize in new construction (both commercial and residential), investment properties and premium rentals. We need a logo identity that conveys our "professionally edgy" persona. We have been successful in seeing opportunities where others overlook or back away.

Our Logo needs to be professionally appropriate - we don't want to appear as frat-boy pirates - but as premium professional with an edge. We are fearless in our endeavors - but calculated in our risks.

We have not officially selected colors - but lean towards darker / professional shades (definitely no pink!). We are in the exploration stage and are really hoping to see some awesome innovation from you guys as talented artists!

We would like a very strong visual icon logo - think back to the classic 'cattle branding' - where a strong visual icon is used. The logo needs to include our name "Renegade Developments". We would like the icon/logo to be associated with the real estate & development industry / name. We have included a few examples of some strong icon logos we like.

The logo will be used in print (collateral / proposals etc.), branded apparel and future vehicle wrap applications.

We will be active with our feedback to help shape the project as we go along. Upon successful design, we would like a full logo package. Thank you!
