Brief de Design de Logo

I already have a logo. I would like to have a high-quality, high-definition re-design it (attached).
a) Logo same as it is
b) Minor changes, e.g. 3 little bird flying towards the hilltops from left to right
c) any other proposed changes.
I do not want to prescribe too many additional things. I will leave this to the designer's creativity. Nonetheless, I will provide more critical guidance after reviewing the first draft.
