Brief de Design de Logo

We are starting a farm that will produce locally bred and raised meats including beef, pork, lamb. We specialize in heritage pork. I would like an oak leaf that looks like its covered in a fresh frost. The story behind the frozen oak farms is that we live in Alaska, where there are no Oak Trees. My husband is from Sonoma County, California and he was missing all the oak trees. He planted an Oak Tree on our farm and it lived. So now every winter we have a frozen oak tree on our farm. We will be selling pastured raised, heritage breed pork at the local farmer's market. We are looking for a logo that will communicate to our customers our story, our premium product, something that is professional, and us being local in Alaska (just giving the artist different ideas of course we know that all of this can't be in one logo. ) We are located in Palmer, Alaska. When people see our logo, we want them to say, I want, I need to buy that pork. Pork is our specialty, beef and lamb is purely secondary. The image of the Frozen Oak Tree or Frozen Oak Leaf would be our first choice, rather than having the logo be too busy with all the animals in it as well. We just want to see what people will come up with.

We would like the following words in the logo: Frozen Oak Farms Palmer, Alaska.

We would like a simpler design and font that conveys heritage, high quality and friendliness.
