Brief de Design de Logo

We have recently had our dairy approved and would like a well designed logo to put onto our cheeses which will mostly be from goats milk. Our inspiration is our first male goat named "Sir Cheese" because the Croatian word for cheese is sir (so it made sense!) We picture him with a top hat and maybe a moustache, a bit whimsical but not cartoony. The name is not set yet, so bring other ideas if you want. We will probably need a similar cow logo later to put on our cow's milk cheeses (same name though). Classic black and white would be great, slightly Victorian. We value our animal's happiness and make quality hand-made cheeses.
