Perform Physio is a Melbourne based physiotherapy online website. The website caters to the modern day high performing and recreational athlete. Perform Physio is a site where people can turn to in order to receive up to date information surrounding the latest research and clinical management strategies for sports related injuries. We want our readers to excel and perform at their best ability and our website aims to direct them in the right direction in regards to management of injuries, treatment modalities, current medical/physiotherapy issues in sport (Soccer, AFL Football, NFL, track and field, Ice Hockey, Netball, Rugby, Basketball, triathlon and ironman)
