Brief de Design de Brochure

We need product Brochure design.
We are an alloy wheel distributor and need a sophisticated product catalogue/brochure to supply for our clients. Our website is www.agwheels.com.au so you can have a look and get the idea.
Needs to be professional. I have a base concept of lay out, see attached.
The number of products per page is exactly how I need it, but arrangement and further enhancement to make it look better is what we looking for.
I would like all products to be on white background.

- Size will need to be DL format 98mm x 210mm with 2mm bleed
- Openable Horizontally ( landscape format )
- 12 pages ( see attached page by page guide )
- Final file needs to be print ready,

1. All product photos
2. List of products with names/description
3. Sample lay out of brochure how I see it pay by page
4. our existing logo, also have AI file if requested.
5. Text for second last page ( warranty and care instructions )
6. Some sample photos of vehicle that can be use on front page.
