Brief de Design de Logo

We are a new company based in the UK but trade in the Caribbean called R.E.E.L Construction Consultants Ltd. We need a logo for our business which will be put on business cards and our website.
We consult on mutli million dollar private houses and top end hotels, offering advice on procurement, technical specificaions of the build and actually being on site to ensure the building is constructed as per the drawings. We liase with architects and construction companies to agree changes made due to practical reasons or the clients needs.
Happy to consider anythings that represents quality, top end and unique design. We would consider bold colour or a caribbean house, perhaps lots of timber structures in spectacular outdoor areas of a home or simple line drawings resembling construction plans???
The company name doesnt have to be in the logo but we would like ideas on colour and style for the company name so it compliments the logo when side by side.
