Brief de Design de Brochure

Hello,
We are BQP Services (www.bqpservices.com), a boutique legal and financial translation company. We offer our services mainly to Spanish customers. Our primary line of business is the translation of financial statements, but we translate a wide variety legal and financial texts.
The project we are offering comprises three parts: a redo of the current website, an informational brochure for potential customer and a logo design. These three parts should provide a consistent image. We would develop content soon.
We are looking for a website that would look like a typical law firm website, nothing too fancy. Right now, it is in English, Spanish and French, although the new site need only be in English and Spanish. There must be good toggling between the English and Spanish versions. There would be no need for tie-ins to social media and it would not contain a blog. Basically, a static site. We aren't interesting in driving traffic to the site or SEO, as we will contact nearly all potential customers beforehand. The website must be built in Squarespace to enable a smooth transition. The content would be similar to the current page, we'll be working on the exact content, but a rough draft is attached.
The brochure will be some three pages and would introduce the company to potential customers, using similar images as the website and the logo to be designed.
The only specifications for the logo is, as the website and brochure, it convey a sense of security and trust.

• The website must be built in Squarespace and have a good option to toggle between English and Spanish versions.
• Brochure must be in both English and Spanish, I'm attaching a rough draft of the information that it will probably have. This should give an idea about what to include and the spacing. I will update it to include the final information.
