Brief de Design de Logo

I have a bookkeeping business, but it is not just bookkeeping. Currently, I am "revamping" my business with a new business name - Additional Business Concepts - this has been changed to incorporate the services of: Bookkeeping/BAS Agent, Outsourced Payroll and Performance Management Consultant. My ideal clients are female business owners. I need the design to communicate integrity, trust, professionalism and innovation in a feminine, but grounded way. I started with a logo with colours and would like to keep that part of the concept. A graphic designer has done some more concepts and I was interested in them, however they lacked professionalism and they were very flat. I include both the old concept and the recent ones here.
