Brief de Design Graphique

I need 1 email header image created in illustrator compatible with Illustrator CS6.

Mandatory details:
Total size 600x100 pixels
Include Logo, tagline (do not change font on the tagline)
The logo should be against a white background.
Include facebook, twitter and linkedin standard or stylized icons
Include: 800-815-7829
Include: www.independa.com


Notes: You can keep the tagline beneath the logo or you can move it to the side as seen on our website: www.independa.com

You can use any of the images attached - photograph or drawing from the video - or any portion of them. I wouldn't use both.

Or you can avoid the images and just use graphics and/or color. I have also attached a business card for your reference and a mockup of my potential full newsletter layout (with just a basic header in it's place).

Additionally, I really love when graphics or imagery breaks the plane. So feel free to do that if you are inclined.
