We need a new logo for our Learning & Development Consultancy in Perth, Western Australia. We Consult, Develop and Deliver Training in a variety of subjects. We believe in developing training to centre on Must Knows moving out to Should Knows and finishing with Could Knows. See our website on current design www.thetrainingplan.com.au . We believe in making the client self sufficient in learning & development.

- Circles come to mind for both philosophies. We have used a target in the past to represent circles going outwards. I would like to explore the idea of a drop landing in water and the ripples from it forming a similar design.
