Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new website being launched shortly called "PropertyChat" which will be Australia's premiere property investment discussion community.

We are after a simple logo suitable for the website and social media.

Not interested in anything which contains dollar signs or money as part of the logo.

We don't have any specific colours in mind - but want to convey a professional image, so conservative is likely better.
