Brief de Design de Logo

I need a very nice design of logo with these criteria :

- Must have a meaning of increasing SEO

- Logo must not have "increasing" text, but only ISEO text with increasing look alike, you may add other element. Must be a symbolic logo.
ISEO abbreviation of IncreasingSEO

- I would love to see the character S,E, and O forming and unite into one symbolic logo.

- If you could (not mandatory), make the logo related to search term like : eyes, lup or search engine image. (only if you see that it would fit and suitable for the logo)

- Must use elegant font, the font is VERY important

- Have stylish concept and clean

- Must have alive "feel" such as 3d, shadow element, shining, light, etc

- Tag in the right of the logo : Increasing SEO (use nice font, again font is very important for me), please refer to this example for the text placement :

so you need to make the logo readable easily in transparent background.
the logo must easily readable in any background colour or image.

- colours (you may use gradation) : blue, green and other colours that could mix well with those 2 main colours.

PLEASE NOTE : You are FREE to use your own concept and neglecting the above criteria as long as it has true meaning and reflection of increasing SEO, it is okay, but must truly good and beat my concept above.
