Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a real estate team based in Florida. We are a part of Keller Williams, so colors need to be black, white, gray, or red. We are going more towards black/white/gray with a touch of red if needed. We are looking for a vintage style logo, something very unique and unlike the typical realtor logo of a house. We are number 1 in our local area and growing rapidly. We are looking to do a big marketing campaign involving billboards, mailers, etc. and want to have a brand established before that. The design should show confidence, and let people know we are modern, with a vintage twist and not like anyone else in the area. Some ideas we have discussed have been door knockers, just text, keys, lions, etc... we are open to unique designs but please no standard realtor logo styles.
