I do hope that you own a license to this typeface as we are required to purchase typeface licenses to sell logos using them for commercial profit.

If the legality does not allow me to use the required typeface, I will unfortunately have to back out of the competition. Would love to hear back from you,

We have acquired the typeface especially for our business.
You can use it to design a logo for us but the property will be ours.
