Did you have a dieline with the tray or you have it as Paper Cover, with it's crease lines? Just that one part only had a it's cut line, missing the creases. I had a look at your contest earlier and was monkeying around with where I thought the folds were but it wasn't coming together right, for me anyways.

I was trying to do a more of a lip the other day, today I looked again at it and this time I got the right folds, was less complicated then I was originally trying to make it.

If you open your own PDF file you provided with the structural dielines, the second item to the right titled "paper cover" only had its cut line. It should be folded but didn't have any fold/crease/score lines.

I'm sorted, will post something after I finish a few other things up.

But it is an universal truth, Quantity & Quality never meets at one platform anyways... !

(Example: a full moon night is a very romantic.... but moon have not a romantic looks, neither the weather is too perfectly give a pleasure for a romantic mood as you feel in half or quarter moon)
