Brief de Design de Logo

A logo design for a New York based Real Estate investment company. A building between the 'J' & 'P' and then 'Capital Real Estate LLC'. The building would be connected to both letters(J and P) creating a subliminal effect. The building can be expanded from top to bottom creating a tall effect or a 3 dimensional effect. I know the sketch is not the best but it gives an idea of what is preferred. The design should communicate a strong foundation and growth. We are open to rich colors and then decide on the result.
