Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my business: Cleartrack Performance Ltd.
I am a leadership and coaching consulting business. I work in elite sports and businesses. The logo needs to feel strong, sporty, quite masculine (but not too masculine!) bold. My business is about helping people think clearly and perform to their best. A friend of mine had a good at a cleartrack logo previously (see attached), I also attach the norrona logos which I love! I really like the strong head and helmet. If you could work up some examples that would be great. I like the stong black and white imagary. the word "Cleartrack" must be in the logo, I have also draw a (very bad!) example of what a logo might look like.
