Brief de Design de Couverture de Livre

I would like a book cover both front and back designed. I have included the current cover PLEASE VIEW. I have one cover in circulation with the word Dildo on it and one cover the says D... . I am opened to either- The title is Open Wide the 4D's , so it is not required to have the "d's" listed.
I do not want this to look like a boring self help or I survived a divorce book. It needs to look fun.
I just returned from a book show and the feedback was mixed. Several said the front cover looked "homegrown" and "not professional" . Several thought the cover (especially the girl ) is what made them pick up the book.
I need a front cover in the middle of both. Professional yet fun and non intimidating. I want it to make a person smile or laugh when the see the book. I like the girl (art included) but she can be smaller, or redesigned if needed. I have included my photo as well. I do feel that the play on dental and dildos should be used . I am very opened to fun suggestions with these topics.

The back cover, as it is now is very wordy, I have included a shortened description,but feel free to shorten more. I also have included a few reviews, I would like at least 2 on there. The photo (included) on back needs to be way smaller, or not on the book at all.
The ISB number must be on the back (included)
