The current budget suffices for 2-3 pages psd design only - no css coding or backend integration involved which you are asking for in brief

Hi Smart, I'm actually looking for a finished product (loaded onto my Host Gator hosting account) that has all of the content of the current site, plus an additional video & text testimonials page.

I want to be able to simply log into the backend and change/add content if/when needed.
