Brief de Design de Menu

We need a new lunchtime menu. The restaurant name is Calle Real. Our restaurant is located in a Business Park in Singapore and we compete with numerous other restaurants. Our cuisine is Spanish Inspired with a Filipino twist. At lunchtime - we have specials and wish to appeal to the business customers working in the business park. Many of the customers are non-Filipino - hence the name of the dishes have to be clear. We also have a very large Indian community - so we've added vegetarian dishes to appeal to this customer.

The menu must be sized for A4 size printing. We want the menu to be 1 page and it will be laminated.

We will also print the menu on a large window display. So we need a variation of the menu which will be printed on vinyl and installed on a large window sized (approx. 4 ft x 8 ft).

Attached is a lunch menu that we prepared - but don't like. So need some professional help. We also include photos of the menu and the logo - so you can use them in your menu design. We want to specify which items are vegetarian - so we can attract those customers.

We want to include 2 "upsize" options in the menu.

• Enhancement of pictures as they were taking without special lighting or filters on the camera - as long as the key food items show, we give you creative license.
