Its not clear what you want. The brief is too complicate, and it seems to be very much demands at this budget. Nice photographs, but Its not possible to use them,- one would get copyright-problems. It is not possible to make photographs like this at this budget.
(This is just a very subjective estimation of mine for helping you getting results. Forget this, if you dont like;-)

or 425 height X 513 width ?

This is an interesting project and we would like to work on this. Please clarify how many images (max.) would you like to have in a design? or are you open to designer's ideas on this.
Also please confirm if we are to include your given images only or can also include some from our own gallery as well.

Thank you for the invitation to your project. I just received the notification, and read the brief again. I have a few questions.
Are the images you provide, owned by you (copyright?) Also, Will you stay with the original deadline and not close early?
If the images are yours, how many do you want within collage, and are you going by pixel size for collage?
