Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

I've been a Real Estate agent since 1988. I left the BIG brokerages 2 years ago and am on my own and need a business card. I love doing graphics, but don't have the bandwidth right now.

Background. I want a card that stands out like I do. I'm the fun guy that always has a joke or funny story, and my clients like me. Something fun, but not too silly.

I don't have a symbol or logo that I'm using on the card now, but need to include something, a Font by itself or a logo? I'm not sure if we need a logo or not. I'm open.
The GREAT design is going to be the basis for the next project of stationary, note pads, and Real Estate FOR SALE & Open House signs.

Single sided card is fine, but I selected a 2 sided just in case that's what it works out to be.

Here we go. If you need anything else. Please let me know. As I think of anything, I'll add that also.

My territory is Santa Clara County / Silicon Valley, CA. I tend to work with new buyers buying a condo ($500,000) up to single family home for about $1.5 million. 1st time buyers and also move-up buyers. I haven't worked with multi-million $$ homes .... but wouldn't turn it down. Clients here tend to be White, Latin and now many more Chinese and East Indians. Clients also tend to be high tech, Google, Apple, Facebook workers and also non tech people.
