Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design that represents women, over 40, seeking a new frontier in their lives. The business is a counseling and educational center for women coming out of divorce, spousal death, recovering additions, empty nesters etc. We like the idea of water being a part of the logo such as a woman-figure rising out of the water...something like that. The final design should be simple and convey a positive outcome to the counseling.
