Brief de Design de Logo

My name is Tatsu Sugihira.
I'm an actor and I would like you to create a logo for me.
The usage would for website, business card, resume and etc.

The logo would be based on my name Tatsu (which means "dragon" in Japanese).
I would like it to have Japanese letter "龍" (Japanese font or Unicode might be required), and a picture of Japanese dragon (NOT a Western dragon).
Zip file is attached for the reference (for both the letter and the image).

As for the idea, there should be the letter 龍, an image of Japanese dragon, and my name "Tatsu Sugihira" is next to, below the logo, or overlapping on the logo.
Use the appropriate (and preferably unique) font to suit the overall vibe of the logo.

-The ideas for an overall vibe of the logo,
1) oriental, mysterious and cool, or
2) modern, hip and eye-catching (kind of cute character type), or
( 3) something completely different if you get an inspiration)
-Color or black and white, it's your choice.

General note:
If you received 4 star, it could mean there is a chance you might be a winner.
If you received 3 star, it could mean another design idea would be better.

Regarding the letter "龍" :
-Feel free to play with different font and style. (Many designs use the regular font.)
-As many audience wouldn't be able to read or understand it means, the letter can be blurry and/or covered by the image when appropriate. Meaning it's not mandatory to "completely and clearly" show the letter.

Regarding the image of the dragon :
I understand that since it's a unique request, it's difficult. And I love seeing that some designs attempt to be original which is really tough.
-Feel free for the dragon to "play" with the letter and/or the name. (For example, the dragon is laying and resting on top of the letter. This is just an example.)

Regarding the overall vibe of the logo :
Should it feel cool? Unique? Playful? Hip? Old-school? Modern? Timeless?
It's just a logo, but it can be a powerful logo.
If it catches many eyes and remembered by mass, that's a great logo.
