Brief de Design de Brochure

We are a pool/spa/water feature cleaning company for commercial properties. We are looking for a professional looking brochure to hand to clients as we speak to them about our business. We would like something that stays away from back yard pool themes like pool toys and diving boards. Our properties are resorts, hotels, casinos, and private estates so we need something to grab their attention!

We DO NOT need to include all of this in one brochure but here are some ideas for wording:
