Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a t-shirt design to promote our brand; see the attached logo which should be included in the design. We are a national company that sells kitchen cabinets to apartment complexes that are renovating. The t-shirt design should be cool enough to appeal to the typical maintenance man at an apartment complex , 20 to 30 years old; hard working; blue collar, but should not offend his boss who is typically a 30 to 50 year old woman. A large bold graphic design. It doesn't necessarily have to have anything to do with cabinets or apartments but if that could be incorporated in the design that would be a bonus. It should use the four colors in our logo (including white)
