Brief de Design Illustration

I need a illustration design for my company,.... some illustrations like on the pictures i uploaded (attached).

3 different Seagulls + 1 Sailor

Important: All Seagulls have an human touch and character.

The illustrations should be similar to theses examples but not a copy, close....but not too close... The Captain doesn`t need a text (Born at Sea).
