Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a T-shirt design for a crowd fund project donor "gift/perk". Thrive NW is a company that hosts events to benefit nonprofit healthy food programs in Washington state (for all ages). Images that include farm-orchard-rivers-ocean-ranches-fields-crops that make up Washington food sources might be good. We are a very artistic/design oriented company . . . a bit of a street urban meets sustainable food/farms company.

COLORS: Charcoal grey, short or long sleeve shirt, white design, ok to take design onto long sleeve
men & woman design
I included out logo- but you don't need to use it, but fine if you want to dress it up.
