Brief de Design Illustration

I would like to start working on PAGE 1 first to see if I can find “THE Designer” that would fit with my concept and ideas. I would like the designer to be able to commit to illustrating an approximately 20-25 page book plus cover and back
.Requirements:
- size of book 200mm by 200mm
- needs to be print press ready with commercial rights.
- Text to be added to the pictures
- File can be assessed so that final editing can be made

• The main character is a Ladybird prince .It will be his first time out of the castle on his own and he meets different people and situations along the way. My book targets children between the ages of 5-8.

• For page 1, I would like these images to be on the page:
• *waking up to the warmth of the sun on his face
• * Ladybird flying above his bed, rumpled polka dotted blanket with a sleepy yet excited expression on his face.
• Ladybird preferably flying so that his wings are a little spread, dot side showing.
• 
* I would like his face to actually look like a ladybird , no human face. Ladybird not too big , preferably small – medium in terms of page size. Handsome yet innocent and cute and one that children are not afraid to look at.

• • I like the soft, more pastel like colors, water colored style,
