Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my new industrial real estate company, NRG Realty Group (NRG="Energy" i.e. Oil and Gas).

This real estate company works specifically with Oil and Gas and Energy Services companies to help them find industrial facilities to buy, purchase, lease, or sell. We help energy companies throughout the entire US and we focus on the U.S. Shale plays-where oil and gas drilling is going on.

Since there are not many real estate companies that focus on this, I would like for the logo to incorporate a symbol that shows customers that we are focused on the energy sector. This symbol could be an oil drilling rig, a pump jack, a drop of oil, something that shows oil and gas.
The buildings that we help companies buy are large metal buildings with big overhead doors for trucks to go in and out of, I have attached a few pictures.

It would be cool to see a side view of one of these buildings with an oil rig behind it.
I prefer the colors of Dark Blue, grey, and maybe a touch of gold-but I am also looking for designs and I am not creative.
