Brief de Design de Logo

I need a smart, professional looking new business logo for my website IntentData.com.

Intent Data is a new, global site focused upon data driven marketing, inbound marketing, customer insight, conversion, the personalization of the internet, leveraging the interest graph and the social graph to generate business. Intent Data is the product of all of the behaviours and interactions we have on line, which commercial businesses can extract from either your passive or proactive engagement online, and use to target you, promote to you or fulfil your requirements intelligently. It is about wants, needs, demands, interests and analytics.

It is a B2B site, users are expected to be in Professional Marketing positions in commercial businesses looking to drive their onsite sales conversion via innovative, analytical and insightful new methods.

Intent Data is a generic subject, not specifically a business brand, therefore I think rather than Intentdata, intentdata or IntentData, it is best seperated in the logo as 2 seperate words.

Our current web font is a Google Web Font called ABeeZee regular, I am able to change this to any other Google Web Font that is a more attractive fit for the business name logo, so long as it retains a professional, clear and modern appearance.

The site has been designed with a modern, flat ethos - however the colour scheme is not necessarily fixed - but we do think it works well for the underlying content and looks fairly attractive at present.

Ideally, I would like to be able to use the logo in 3 formats -

- the business name "Intent Data" on it's own

- a standalone associated logo on it's own that would serve the purpose of being a thumbnail icon for apps/avatars etc

- both work well alongside each other in one file.

As an update...some of the best submissions received so far integrate the logo into the words intent data - mainly leveraging the letter "i" which is fine and actually looks very smart, as this could be used independently.

The final design should show that we are a modern, professional, forward-thinking internet business, that provides a platform and destination for global marketing professionals.

• If you are using a Google Font or open standard released font, please identify which you have used in your comments - it will help us to ensure we match up our main site font with your chosen logo font.
  
  The font should be simple, bold and modern.
  
  The logo must be original, not clip art.
  
  The logo should in some way be relevant to the topic - extracting intent data from big data.

• Our current site logo uses a canvas size of 158 x 75px.
  
  Please try to be creative with the font as well as the logo - i have had a lot of people submit extremely boring logo's with just Helvetica style fonts.

• Please don't just send a generic logo from a template set.
  
  I would also rather you submit 1-2 really original idea's as opposed to multiple versions with just slight tweaks to the colours. If I feel a colour change is needed I will kindly advise. Thanks!
