Brief de Design Graphique

I would like to have a graphic illustrating the talent management cycle for inclusion on my website. I have included an example of one, but would like something that looks more innovative and pops out. The colors used on my website are accessible at www.stigallandassociates.com, but they shouldn't be the same colors. I would like it to subtly stand out.

Talent management is the process of aligning human capital to a business strategy. This will be shown to corporate executives and should look professional.
