Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our elementary school. Everytime we try to do tshirts, bags, flyers, we hit the same roadblock. No art, no files. I just purchased a penguin illustration (we are the Parker Penguins) and need some help integrating the name of the school and the penguin. I'll need B&W jpeg (no gradients, etc) and eps as well as full-color art. The files will be used for embrodiery, silkscreen as well as social media. It needs to work in social media (like Facebook) and on the back of a hoodie sweatshirt too. As this is a school for kids, the logo needs to resonate with kids, but avoid being all cartoon. The penguin was approved by the PTO, but it can be modified without me having to go through that process again. It has the right attitude - sweet, approachable, not too literal. Not looking for a tough Penguin.
