Brief de Design de Poster

My girlfriend and I have been dating for almost 2 years. We met online and this has afforded us the really unique opportunity to have the first words we said to each other (the whole conversation, in fact) preserved. We're moving in together in a few months and she doesn't know that I saved the conversation. I've been waiting for this to turn it into something we can hang in our new place.

The only phrase I want to use is:
"Well if you dislike people's knees then I think we'll get along famously"

It's an It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia reference for the curious.

I want the poster to use the words themselves as the art; I'm thinking typography. I'd like it to match her aesthetic, she likes to wear Kate Spade and J. Crew. Colors shouldn't be anything too "girly". Somewhere I'd like to include the date June 1, 2015. It shouldn't be a major piece of the poster though, just a way to denote the date.

It should fit (and be fully visible in) a 16x20 (inches) frame
