Brief de Design de Logo

We have a logo, see attached. What I'm looking to do is incorporate that logo - or some variation of it - with the text "TEAM WESTERN MOUNTAIN" after it. Sort of a slogan, I guess. I'm thinking classy, understated. Something that actually looks cool enough for the men to want them.
I'm not creative at all, so I'm open to ideas. We're a pipeline contractor and these new logos could probably go on hard hats as well. Primary initial use, though, will be to make rather small decals for the lower corner of the driver-side truck windows for some of our higher up employees.
