Brief de Design de Logo

I'm rebranding my web design business to be 'Wiz Web Design'. Looking for a modern logo.

There are two options for a log0 that come to mind:

Option 1: Either a modern, elegant, monotone logo, either in black or white so that I can easily use it on screen and print.

Option 2: Or the complete opposite end of the spectrum would be to go for a logo that has a very modern cartoon app icon feel with a wizard figurine in perhaps purple clothing with gold trimming, a bit like hostgator. Also kind of envisioned the wizard to be a young boy with a baggy costume where you can't see his eyes, a bit like this skater boy, this is only used for design style example, please don't use skater boys or skateboards in the logo:

These two options are just suggestions and if you come up with an idea for a high quality modern logo I will of course accept it.

• It should not use skateboards or skaters in the logo. The image attached is only used for style example. If doing a logo with a character then it should be a wizard. That is what 'WIZ' means, to be a wiz at something, a wizard.
