Brief de Design de Logo

We are a brother and sister duo who have decided to open up a Crossfit box in Rolesville, NC. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that everyone can do. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We are in need of a logo that communicates strength and fitness...but not intimidating to the average joe. We are using the colors red and black (possibly hints of grey and white) in our gym. We have seen other logos that use barbells, plates, kettlebells, etc. which we like. But we're open to all ideas! Would like for it to have a modern feel while still communicating it's a place for fitness. We want it to say CrossFit Rolesville, but the abbreviation will be used a lot as well (CFR).
