Brief de Design de Logo

We are Softpillow Mollycoddle & Co.
We have been running this Events Agency for 5 years now and would like a fresh new look for our Company Logo.
Our company name is unique and memorable, however, we want to emphasize more on 'Softpillow' rather than 'Mollycoddle & Co.' as most of our clients refer to us as Softpillow. Plus having such a long name can be quite confusing.
We re-designed our logo recently but we're not happy with the outcome or the feel it gives off.

Company Introduction:
Our core specialties lie in event management. We have positioned ourselves as the people who build event brands rather than just events. With our strong service management assets, we feel we will innovate and propel the event stratosphere forward with a core focus on brand building. We bring to the table a hybrid of specialist creative personnel who are irrepressibly passionate and ambitious.

Requirements:
- To focus on the 'Softpillow' word (Refer to latest logo)
- Logo to be Elegant
- To include an iconic symbol in the design (To be used on T-shirts, etc, when we don't want to use the full logo)
- Please do NOT link the name to the object Soft Pillow
