Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a design logo for a beginners event planning course - "EVENT PLANNING 101" marketed to both administrative professionals and the novice mom/house wife who plan & coordinate both business meetings and social events for the family. Both Event Planning 101 (our class) and East Wing Events, LLC (our company) must be in design.

NEW design concepts might include charicature of 3 different kinds of event planners: one business related, one for formal events, one for kids events or single woman who can wear multiple hats: social, business & family OR very simple and iconic.

The logo should appear attractive and modern WITH traditional styling. I'm open to mono-chromatic option or colorful. My corporate logo is attached for reference point only. Our website is http://eastwingeventsllc.vpweb.com

I like script and/or clean lined fonts would consider options with multicolors so long as they are attractive and not too harsh. Alternately shades of black/white grey with single bright accent color are preferred.
