Brief de Web Design

I am a locksmith and focus on customers that use their smart phones to find me. I have a static web page that I created myself but it is horrible. See for yourself at www.houdinilocksmiths.com.au

I want a cross-platform static site that simply shows the information and with the ability to change minor items like pricing. I want it to be compelling in its look and feel (not overwhelming) but simple. It must have a; click to call button; the ability to install a hit counter from statcounter.com; payment information just like the current graphic of card/cash/paypal (visa/mastercard only).

This will be hosted on my own server.
