Brief de Design Illustration

I would like 7 images for our company values. We are a boutique learning and development organisation who's mission is to improve human interactions at work. We are based in Asia, and work across Asia Pacific so would like the pictures to appeal to a diverse client base (primarily Asian). We provide communication skills training (e.g.. conflict resolution) and leadership training. The values below describe our values and approach. We would like a simple image for each of the key areas below:

Creativity: Creative problem solving, creative interactions, creative solutions

The illustrations will be used for a company website, and company brochure, as well as included in a new client presentation. Our clients are small to medium sized multi nationals.

• Clean, quirky images. Our website is blue and orange: www.speak-asia.com. We are looking to upgrade it and make it more visually appealing, however we are happy with the general feel of it, so the images should work with the design of the site. I've added a file with a couple of examples I like. You can see they are fairly simple. The design of the images should be quite clean like an icon, but a little more quirky like a drawing.

• I'm thinking that the images would be black (but am completely open to other colours if they suit our corporate image).

• Energy: positive energy that inspires and motivates. A lightning bolt does not reflect this description. A person who is smiling and giving off positive energy to others would be more representative of this description.
