Brief de Design de Logo

We require a new business logo. Professional looking, to suit our industry and business name. We are Registered Residential Builders that build New Homes, Extensions & Renovations on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
It needs to stand out as our current logo doesn't stand out very well on the sign's that we have onsite advertising our business. This is most important.
A colour that we seem to gravitate to is Aqua /Teal type colour's but whatever colour's it must be bright and eye catching.

Bien d'avoir

• I like the idea of having a outline of a modern type house or similar as per the attached drawing. Not exactly the same as the one attached though. This was a picture that I found on the internet. This is not a must just something that I saw elsewhere that I liked.
